Antique Estate Victorian Micro Mosaic Glass Floral Flowers Bar Pin
Beautiful antique micro mosaic brooch dating to approximately 1890–1910, from the late Victorian to early Edwardian period. This petite elongated bar brooch features intricate floral and geometric decoration created from tiny multicolored glass tesserae in shades of white, pink, green, blue, and yellow, all set against a dark background. The craftsmanship is characteristic of antique European micro mosaic jewelry often associated with Italian Grand Tour pieces. The reverse has an early long pin stem with C-clasp style closure, consistent with antique construction. The metal has developed an aged patina appropriate for its age. ***** The pin has a slight kink bend. Approximate measurements: Length: 1.85 Width: 0.39 Thickness: 0.18 Antique pre-owned condition with expected age-related wear and patina. Please review all photos closely for the condition of the mosaic work, metal, clasp, and overall construction.
