Antique Art Nouveau Filigree Brooch Silver Tone Ornate Open Scroll C Clasp 3 Beautiful antique Art Nouveau filigree brooch featuring elaborate openwork scrolls and flowing organic curves in a silver-tone metal. The design has the graceful, nature-inspired lines associated with Art Nouveau jewelry, with symmetrical scrolling forms, textured detailing and delicate openwork that gives the piece an almost lace-like appearance. The brooch measures approximately 3 long and is fitted with an older-style long pin stem and C-style clasp. This type of clasp construction is commonly associated with earlier jewelry and adds to the vintage/antique character of the piece. It is in good pre-owned condition showing normal wear from age.
