This is an ogre mask used in Men-utari, a famous folk performing art from Saga Prefecture where dancers wearing ogre masks perform vigorously to the sounds of drums and gongs.
The mask itself is in good condition with no scratches. However, ★ there is writing in magic marker with the Reiwa date and a name on an inconspicuous part on the back.
* We have not included photos of the name as it is written on the mask, but it is on an inconspicuous part on the back and will not interfere with displaying or using the mask.
