This is an antique nagajuban (under-kimono).
The fabric is smooth and soft.
Both the outer fabric and lining appear to be silk.
It is lined (awase仕立て).
It has a lovely han-eri (collar), but it is stained and dirty.

A bright vermilion color with fans.
The fans depict various cute flowers and leaves.

How about using it for fabric cutting or remakes?

There is foxing (age spots) on the lining.
The length has been shortened at the waist.
The sleeve length has been sewn and shortened.

Total length (shoulder to hem): approx. 120 cm + 4 cm
Yuki length (center back to cuff): approx. 62 cm
Sleeve length: approx. 48 cm + 9 cm
Measurements are taken by an amateur.
Please allow for some error.

Back then, such cute juban were worn under kimonos.
It's so lovely, you could even wear it as a kimono as is.
