77.88 $
Description
Incense container from the Dutch East India Company (VOC), believed to be Ko-Imari (researched on a certain website). The lid and the rim of the container have a slightly rough texture, and the sound when fitting the lid and container together is pleasant.
There are no cracks or chips (please refer to the 6th image).
Diameter: 950mm
Height: 850mm
Weight: 311g
Please note that these are amateur measurements, so slight errors may occur.
I acquired this about 5 years ago and it has been quietly displayed on a shelf.
Would this be of interest to someone looking for such an item?
