Description
Thank you for viewing.
This is a rare, rounded-corner, two-tiered bento box in Hida Shunkei lacquerware.
The amber-colored lacquer creates a glossy and elegant finish on this bento box...
The finish on the four corners is intricate, and the clasps are made from cherry bark, resembling a Magewappa (bentwood) box, making it a wonderful piece.
It can be used not only for Osechi Ryori (New Year's food) but also for a wide range of occasions such as cherry blossom viewing, sports days, picnics, or as a confectionery box.
