How to Use & Features
This series (HM-125, HM-135, HM-160, etc.) is characterized by its simple and easy-to-use operation panel, which displays目安 (guidelines) for steaming and pounding times.

Soak: Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for a long time (about 6-12 hours).

Steam: Place the rice in the kneading container, add water to the boiler, and press the Steam button.

Pound: When the steaming completion buzzer sounds, remove the lid and press the Pound/Knead button to make mochi.
