Rado DiaStar Anatom, 19mm Swiss quartz with diamond markers, with box.  Introduced in 1983, the Anatom is built around a sapphire crystal shaped in three dimensions to curve along the wrist, which nobody else was attempting at the time. Rado made its name on scratch-resistant hard metals and this is the dress-watch expression of it.
