This is a training set that can be used for track and field sled runs and tire drags. I used it for about 2 months, but I am selling it because I have retired from competition. It has some scratches from use on gravel roads and tartan tracks, but it can still be used for training without any problems. Two 2.5kg weight plates are included. The plates are rubber-coated. An attachment is also included that allows you to adjust the bar thickness to match your weight plates. Please understand that this is a used item.
