Beautiful, authentic piece of Italian art pottery dating back to the 1960s. This highly collectible mid-century modern vase features a double-sided design, allowing you to display either a stylized, abstract bird or a striking mid-century floral/leaf motif. The exterior boasts a heavily textured, volcanic lava style glaze in earthy tones of green, ochre, and brick red, accented by bold, incised black sgraffito lines. The bottom features a hand-painted Made in Italy mark, consistent with pieces exported by prominent distributors of the era like Raymor or Rosenthal Netter. 7” tall  Good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or structural repairs.
