Description
This is a Shunkei-nuri round tray. It is a traditional craft from Hida Takayama, characterized by its beautiful lacquer finish. It can also be used as a confectionery tray. It is made in Japan and is an unused item that comes in a box.
The box and tissue paper have some damage. The main body appears to have no major scratches or damage, but there is a black? part on the underside where the lacquer is. Please see the 10th image.
This is an old item, so please be aware if you are concerned. (I don't know when it was purchased, but I believe it was over 5 years ago.)
We have priced it accordingly.
