The DI-SNAKE is a high-quality DI cable with an active buffer circuit built into the phone plug.

By directly connecting the DI-SNAKE to the instrument's output connector, you can capture a signal that doesn't even pass through a shield cable.

It captures the instrument's original character and the subtle nuances of your playing exactly as they are, transmitting incredibly fresh sound from passive/active instruments such as electric bass, electric guitar, electric piano, analog synthesizers, and acoustic instruments with pickups.

Furthermore, its high maximum input level allows you to use it with pedal effectors or the pre-out terminals of guitar/bass amplifiers. You can transmit signals directly from your equipment to a mixer/mic preamp, setting it up as if you were adding a DI output to your equipment.

The DI-SNAKE operates on phantom power (48V). It can be simply connected to the mic input of studio mic preamps, PA mixers at live venues, or audio interfaces for home recording.

Because the DI-SNAKE pursues low distortion and a flat sound quality, it matches any microphone preamp and allows for sound creation that leverages the character of the connected microphone preamp.
