Hiraizumi Lacquerware
Bowl Set - Comes with 2 bowls.
Round bowls in glossy black and vermilion.
They are very nice and lightweight.
There is gold maki-e in the center,
and hand-painted floral patterns inside.
Elegant enough for special occasions
and versatile for everyday dining.
Can also be used for flower arrangements.
These were purchased as antique items.
The box appears old, but
the bowls themselves show very little sign of use and are close to unused.
Selling as I am decluttering.
