This is a new, unused item that has been stored in a warehouse for some time. Some items are older, while others are not as old.

☆ This is a komon (small pattern) kimono in a deep cherry blossom pink with a woven floral cart pattern.

☆ This is a Kyoto-made, weaver's original, plant-dyed tsumugi silk, hand-woven. There is some yellowing near the woven edge and some sun fading along the fabric edge.
☆ Although it is tsumugi, the texture is firm and the thickness of the fabric is similar to shioze.

☆ This is a sturdy fabric. How about using it for handmade items? It would be suitable for long do-chugi (traveling kimono),
haori (kimono jacket), or michiyuki (short kimono coat)...
