Rothy's Rothy's Mini Mary Jane Kids Black Raffia-Knit

Classic kids Mary Jane by Rothy's. Raffia-knit upper with signature sleek look. Single Mary Jane strap for secure fit. Easy-care knit construction. Never worn. Runs small- size up. The 13s were too small for my daughter who is usually a size 12.
