This pub mirror was created based on the original artwork (a representative work by Yoshihachiro) titled Building Woodblock Print - Nikka Whisky Distillery created in July 1943 by Yoshihachiro Okuyama, a pioneer of modern woodblock prints. This pub mirror was produced due to his involvement in Nikka's design and was a non-sale item distributed to Nikka retailers at the time. Due to the small original production quantity and its fragile nature, few still exist, making this a rare pub mirror. It is a popular pub mirror amidst the recent whisky boom, especially with the NHK morning drama Massan.
