This item has been cleaned and is ready to wear. It features a single family crest, the Gosan-no-kiri (Paulownia) crest, which is a common motif. Please refer to the images. Kindly check the condition in the photos.

Among solid-colored kimonos (iro-muji), those with woven patterns in the fabric are called mon-ishō. While appearing plain, they possess a unique beauty where the pattern subtly emerges depending on the light. The lustrous sheen and the woven pattern reflect light, making the area around the face appear more vibrant than with a completely plain fabric.

Adding a single crest to a mon-ishō iro-muji elevates it to semi-formal attire, suitable for a wide range of occasions such as weddings, ceremonies, and tea parties.
