also known as a chirori, a sake vessel made in China.
●Usage
It is mainly used to warm Chinese liquor and other beverages.
The main body has a double structure (mother-child pot),
where hot water is poured into the outer container and sake
is placed in the inner container to warm it using the hot water bath method.
●Material
Made of pewter (tin).
Pewter has high thermal conductivity and is said to have the effect of removing impurities from sake and mellowing its taste.
