This pan is made especially for sauces or liquids that need to be poured from the pot from which it is cooked in the spouts on each side of the pot for pouring and the pot is very deep it holds 1.5 quarts it's 4 in tall and 6 in wide, the pot includes a vented cover so you can turn the top of the cover so you can open it or close it depending the heat you want. It prevents liquids from over boiling if the van is open and there could be a relief of heat within the pot. This is a used pot but is functional and is in good working condition.
