Vintage 2 Cup Metal Flour Sifter Two Cups Full One Cup Made in USA Primitive

Vintage American-made metal flour sifter featuring embossed measurement markings reading “TWO CUPS-FULL” and “ONE CUP.” The opposite side is embossed “MADE IN USA.”  This is an old-fashioned handheld/manual flour sifter with a fine wire mesh screen on the bottom. These were used by moving or shaking the sifter back and forth to sift flour and other dry baking ingredients. Similar examples with these exact markings are identified as vintage 2-cup flour sifters.   The aged galvanized/tin-style metal has a wonderful primitive farmhouse appearance and would make a great addition to a collection of vintage kitchen utensils, baking tools, country kitchen décor or farmhouse display.  Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with substantial age-related patina, discoloration, oxidation, surface rust, scratching and wear throughout. Fine mesh screen remains present on the bottom.
