--------
◼︎ The warranty generally covers the same scope as the manufacturer's warranty.
Repairs are primarily handled in-house.

For long-term use, we recommend requesting disassembly and cleaning approximately every 2 to 3 years from the date of purchase.

If a malfunction occurs after the warranty expires, requesting disassembly and cleaning at the same time will allow us to handle it for the cost of parts only.

Example: 2 years after purchase (warranty expired)
Purchaser: ¥20,000 + parking fee
In case of malfunction, the cost will be the above amount + parts cost only. We will not charge for labor.

Normally, disassembly and cleaning costs ¥39,000 + parking fee + parts cost + labor. Therefore, this will be a significant saving in the long run.
Please rest assured that the process can be completed with just one phone call.

When purchasing, please pay close attention to whether you need a right-opening or left-opening door.
Also, be mindful of not only the installation space but also the width of doorways and entrances.
