Gothic Halloween Decor Hanging Witch Blue Satin Dress Broom 12.5" Whimsygoth

Great pre owned condition. Appears to be fiber optic due to a box under the dress, but I was not sure how that works. Would not have work as this hanging witch is so detailed and has folk art style. Her hands are still wrapped in bubble wrap so she does appear to be new or gently pre owned.  Dressed in a shimmering blue satin gown with gold bow accents and a tinsel-textured cape, she carries a traditional straw broom. A black cord at the top allows for versatile display as either a hanging ornament or a standalone tabletop decoration. The detailed face and hands add a whimsical yet spooky touch to any seasonal collection.  Measurements: • Height: 12.5.
