Ruth Tulino Signed 2001 Silver Plated Tray Framed 3D Porcelain Ceramic Flower Mo

Ruth Tulino signed and dated 2001 wall art. Handcrafted 3D porcelain ceramic floral arrangement set against a mosaic tile background, all framed in an ornate silver-plated tray. Tulino's work sits at the intersection of sculpture and decorative art. The raised ceramic flowers give the piece real depth and dimension. The mosaic tilework fills the background with pattern and color. Pre-owned with no visible wear to the ceramic or mosaic work. The silver-plated frame has developed some natural tarnish and patina over the years, which adds character without diminishing the piece. Signed and dated on the piece itself. One of a kind handcrafted work from a named artist. Dimensions 9 1/2 inches wide by 14 inches tall
