Vintage Miniature Brass Hanging Oil Lamp w/ Iron Hanger & Tray Diya Style 3.5”

For sale is a vintage miniature brass hanging oil lamp in the traditional South Asian diya style, origin unknown. The teapot-shaped lamp body has a lid and is fully covered in hand-engraved floral and foliate scrollwork, raised on a matching pedestal foot, with a cotton wick protruding from the spout. A forged iron hanger with a hook joins to the lid by a short chain, for hanging the lamp. A separate round brass drip tray with matching engraved floral design sits beneath the lamp. The piece has a naturally aged patina with darkened tarnish over the brass consistent with genuine age and prior use; no chips, cracks, or breaks. Total assembled length is 3.5 inches.
