This is a 2-rack, 2-shelf oven with a capacity of 40 items at once. It can bake croissants and Danish pastries at 210°C for 10 minutes, and sweet buns at 200°C for 10 minutes. The third shelf is currently a storage space, but with some modification, it can be used as a proofer with about 8 racks. Includes approximately 20 baking sheets. Delivery is typically to Nagasaki Port. If purchased as a set, we offer guidance and advice, and significant price considerations. We believe ovens the size of recent popular microwave ovens will not be sufficient.
