BowBrand is a manufacturer with over 100 years of history based in the UK. Our overgrips have an interesting background, being planned in Japan and made in Japan.

BowBrand is a company with a strong sense of craftsmanship, so the process of obtaining their approval was challenging. However, Japan also has its own pride as craftsmen, and through trial and error, we arrived at using the highest quality non-woven fabric from DuPont, the highest quality urethane paint that is most resistant to temperature differences, and a highly adhesive pure resin. By varying the urethane permeation time and temperature, and through numerous prototypes, BowBrand approved 10 types of grips. After testing by professionals and students, 5 highly rated grips were released to the market. After gathering several years of performance data and feedback, one was selected and released.

The characteristic is that it is slightly thicker at 0.7mm, providing a long-lasting mushy elasticity. Despite being a wet type, it also has high sweat absorption.

While inheriting the specifications of BowBrand, we have changed the length to be easier to wrap (from 105cm to 114cm), and it has been reborn as the activ. premium wet overgrip.
