This is an unused Irotomesode (a type of formal kimono) with its original stitching. It is a blue silk Irotomesode featuring a beautiful landscape painting, a signed artist's kimono.
The accompanying fukuro obi (a type of formal sash) is a gold obi made by Seishi Nishimura, a craft pattern artist from Nishijin-ori. The obi has been used twice and has some fold creases, but is in beautiful condition.
This set can be used for wedding receptions, parties, and various other occasions.
