The bodice is a faux wrap style in a stretchy velveteen material. It has a sequin band at the waist in front and a detachable flower. The skirt is stain with a tule overlay. There is a bit of tule sewn into the lining to add volume. The tie in back is made from the same tule as the overlay. The tule has tiny sparkles scattered throughout.
