Vintage Japanese porcelain ginger jar imported by **OMC (Otagiri Mercantile Company)**, featuring an original OMC Japan foil label and a blue kiln mark consistent with the **Kazan/Kazan-gama** kiln. The classic baluster form is decorated with colorful floral panels of irises, chrysanthemums, and flowering branches against a rich cobalt blue ground with extensive gilt detailing.  The fitted domed lid with gold finial and vibrant Imari-inspired decoration make this an elegant display piece for a mantel, bookshelf, console, or china cabinet.
