There is an acupressure point on the wrist called Neiguan (PC6), known for its ability to alleviate nausea and combat motion sickness. By wearing the band, the Neiguan point is continuously stimulated, thus helping to prevent seasickness. Locate the Neiguan acupressure point on the inner wrist. To find its position, place three fingers (index, middle, and ring fingers) on the inner wrist, just below the wrist crease (at the base of the palm).
