Ornate 925 sterling silver statement ring featuring a faceted pear-shaped blue-violet center gemstone surrounded by sparkling clear accents. Beautiful openwork shoulders are embellished with additional clear stones for an Art Deco-inspired look.  Hallmarked 925 INDIA and approximately a US size 8.  Center gemstone tested on a Presidium Gem Tester II with a reading consistent with the tanzanite/iolite range. Based on appearance and comparable sterling jewelry, it is being described as tanzanite.
