nissen mourning dress 10L size 42 and up

This is a mourning dress from Nissen, purchased about 3 years ago.
I bought a size 10L, intending for it to be a bit loose, but it was far too big and I couldn't wear it, so I kept it in its cover and stored it in a dark place.
It has been stored hanging on a hanger.
