Kuyo Bosatsu in the Clouds Japanese Painting Shikishi (Square Paper)

This is a beautiful line drawing Japanese painting on shikishi paper, inspired by the Kuyo Bosatsu (Bodhisattvas in Mourning) in the clouds of Byodo-in Temple's Phoenix Hall. It is a meticulously crafted art print.

Created by Yoshiaki Uragami, a member of the In-ten Exhibition. A master artist leading contemporary Japanese painting.

Please examine the photos carefully. The exquisite art print captures the breath of the line drawing, and the flowing curves of the Fujiwara Buddhist sculptures will leave you breathless.
This is a one-of-a-kind item and will not be listed again, so it will be sold to the first buyer.

This shikishi was specially gifted to my father and has been cherished for a long time.
