Antique Roseville Carnelian II 316-10 Pink Rose Drip‎ Glaze Vase OG Crayon 1915

Roseville Pottery Carnelian II two-handled vase, shape 316-10, ca. 1915–1925, in the characteristic mottled matte glaze — rose pink body with warm ochre undertones and a dramatic grey-blue drip glaze pooling at the rim and neck, with rich color variation throughout as part of the design. Angular open handles flank the tall flared neck above a bulbous lower body. Marked 316 in red crayon on the unglazed base, consistent with Roseville's first-fire marking practice. The Carnelian II line was introduced in 1915 and is among Roseville's most collectible early Arts and Crafts productions, prized for its thick, heavily textured matte glazing. CONDITION: Excellent. No chips, cracks, or repairs. DIMENSIONS: 10.25 H x 6 W x 4.5 W at rim Roseville Pottery Carnelian II 316-10 vase pink rose drip glaze matte handled antique Ohio art pottery 1915 Arts Crafts
