This is a traditional Japanese umbrella (Bangasa, Janomegasa, Odori-gasa, Mai-gasa) with a paper covering in red.
Umbrella size: 56cm radius, 80cm handle length.
Handmade using traditional methods with a paper covering and a two-stage locking mechanism.
The umbrella paper is oiled.

Features a two-stage locking mechanism. This is a Fujika Janome dancing umbrella. It is oiled, so it can be used as rain gear. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
