This is a DIXON PP-P1 single pedal.
I purchased it at Shimamura Music for an electronic drum set. It has only been used a few times indoors with slippers, and while there is some dullness, I believe it is in good condition.

This product retails for ¥15,300 new, but it is recommended for those who want to keep costs down when starting with electronic drums.
