Vintage Smoky Quartz Butterfly Brooch – Root Beer Marquise Filigree Estate

Gorgeous vintage estate butterfly brooch featuring ornate gold-tone filigree wings and a dramatic marquise-cut smoky quartz centerpiece in a rich root-beer brown with warm reddish undertones.  The intricate scrolling metalwork gives the wings beautiful texture and dimension, while the elongated faceted stone creates a striking focal point. It has a wonderfully romantic, bohemian vintage look with just a touch of whimsigoth — unusual, earthy and elegant.  According to the estate records, the center stone is genuine smoky quartz.
