It is a Japanese-made model with a solid construction.
The size is approximately 13 inches (35cm diameter) x 30cm depth.
As it is a standard size, it can be widely used for:

It comes with a mount, so it can be set up as is.
The head is a Remo (USA-made) head.
It shows signs of use but no tears.
Also, there is a hole drilled in the bottom head.
