Description
Commercial practice bokken have thin grips, so I made a practice swing stick with a thicker grip.
It is 1m long, weighs approximately 2kg (my kitchen scale that measures up to 2kg shows an error, but a bathroom scale shows 2kg, so it's a little over 2kg), and has a diameter of about 6.8cm.
To prevent cracking, it is made from wood with the core removed (heartwood-free material).
