Vintage 1960s Japan Troll Caveman Doll Real Fur Big Nose Rubber Face MCM Kitsc

Now THIS is a conversation piece!  Wonderful little vintage novelty character featuring an oversized orange nose, painted blue eyes, enormous fuzzy red hair, pink felt bow tie, red felt hands, black felt feet and a wonderfully shaggy fur-covered body.  The figure has a “Made in Japan” paper label on the bottom and appears consistent with the wonderfully strange troll/caveman novelty figures popular during the mid-century era, approximately the 1960s.  The face appears to be molded rubber or soft vinyl with hand-painted details. The body features what appears to be genuine animal fur, although the exact type/species of fur is unknown and therefore is not being represented as any particular animal.
