ACCU-LOCATOR is a newly developed intonation adjuster for double locking bridges. (Patent Pending)
A major issue with Floyd Rose type double locking bridges is intonation adjustment (octave adjustment). Due to its structure, it's impossible to adjust intonation while tuning the strings. You have to loosen the strings, estimate the position, fix it, retune, and check. This made accurate intonation adjustment difficult and time-consuming.
As a countermeasure, there have been long-standing intonation adjusters for Floyd Rose, but they were difficult to use because they tilted, the screws were stiff and hard to turn, and they couldn't be used with other brands' bridges.
To solve these problems, RED BISHOP has newly developed the ACCU-LOCATOR. With the ACCU-LOCATOR, intonation adjustment can be performed while maintaining string tension, allowing for accurate octave tuning.
While conventional intonation adjusters pull the string lock screw, the ACCU-LOCATOR pulls near the string lock pad, making it stable. Furthermore, by using a large diameter wheel and Teflon washer, adjustment is possible with light force. Its unique adjustable angle structure (Patent Pending) allows it to be compatible with many shapes of double locking bridges. The precision cast stainless steel body, machined parts, and the texture of the deep blue wheel provide a sense of ownership.
