◆Excavated Item◆SHIGERU ODA "La conception" 1966 ◆1/50
This item comes from the family of an honorary professor (deceased) of a national university.
As it is a collection from someone who authored numerous books on law and was even awarded a decoration, we believe it to be a genuine piece. We are offering it at a low price, disregarding the original purchase cost.
This is a wonderful piece with a mysterious charm, depicting nudes with a unique touch, featuring fetuses, angels, and more, drawing you into its world.
We believe it to be an elaborate work with fine details and multi-color printing.
Created in 1966, this artwork is nearly 60 years old. However, the print itself shows little damage and is still fully worthy of appreciation.
Given the year of creation, it appears to be a work from the artist's time spent in Europe.
This is the valuable first print out of a limited edition of 50. While the reason and circumstances are unknown, the back has a handwritten address in Hyogo Prefecture. Although details are unclear, it is likely a special item.
Artist: Shigeru Oda
Title: 1/50 La conception SHIGERU ODA 1966
Image Size: Approx. 35.5 x 28.8 cm
Frame Size: Approx. 63.0 x 59.5 cm
Technique: Print, Etching
Accessories such as the original box and yellow cloth are not included.
This item was displayed on a wall until about ten years ago, so there are scratches, scuffs, dirt, and discoloration due to age.
The artwork itself has some waviness and creasing (see photos), but we do not believe it is so severe as to detract from its appreciation.
The frame shows dirt and stains on the matting, and there is damage to the wooden frame. It can be hung with a new cord, but we recommend having the frame repaired due to its condition.
We have not performed any cleaning to avoid further damage, so dirt, dust, and minor scratches may still be present.
Please understand and acknowledge that this item is approximately 60 years old before purchasing.
We have no specialized knowledge of this product and cannot provide any further details beyond what is stated. Please judge based on the images.
As this is an antique item, we request no claims or returns as a general rule.
Due to the risk of damage, we prefer local pickup at our designated location in Sapporo City.
*We would prefer to avoid shipping, but we may consider shipping under certain conditions.
