Small Studio Pottery Pitcher Ash Glaze Incised Zigzag Design Stoneware 5"

Charming small hand-thrown studio pottery pitcher with a pinched pouring spout and comfortable pulled handle. The rich olive-brown ash-style glaze pools and runs in attractive dark streaks down the neck, showing the natural color variation typical of wood, salt, or soda firing. The shoulder is decorated with a lively hand-incised zigzag/lightning-bolt motif alongside simple carved accent lines — a nice expressive touch from the potter. No maker's mark was found on the base, so this is offered as unattributed studio pottery. A lovely small pitcher for cream, syrup, or as a bud vase, and a nice example of genuine handmade ceramic work. Stands approximately 5 tall. Condition: Good used/studio condition. No chips or cracks noted. Glaze drips and pooling are intentional to the firing process, not damage. Please review all photos closely, as they form part of the description.
