This is the chest piece only for a Kendo dou (body protector).
It was removed from a 60-piece Shoryudo dou-dai (body frame).
The dou-dai had the mark of Yagyu-do, so the chest piece is likely made by Yagyu-do.
The current core material is soft and slightly smaller, so it will fit the body well when assembled, allowing for smoother arm movement.
The shokko (chest decoration) is an engine and wisteria tortoise shell pattern.
It's slightly larger than current ones, making it more noticeable from a distance.
The material is uncertain, but it feels like deerskin.
It has two leg attachments.
