Louis Vuitton Monogram Sirius 50 Canvas Travel Bag

Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Sirius soft-sided suitcase, made in France. The date code reads “873 V.I.,” indicating production in March 1987.  This is a Sirius suitcase, not a Keepall or Speedy. It features a full clamshell opening, beige textile lining, and interior adjustable clothing straps.  The bag shows visible age, wear, and imperfections consistent with a vintage travel piece. The zipper and one pin/rivet were repaired in the past. The lock shown on the side was added by me and is not original to the bag. Despite its cosmetic flaws, the suitcase remains fully functional, and I have personally used it for travel.  A Tampa business specializing in vintage Louis Vuitton repairs examined the bag and told me it is authentic. I can provide the business’s contact information upon request, but I do not have a written authentication certificate. The bag is being sold as-is, with its age, condition, and previous repairs reflected in the photos and price.  I included additional pictures showing the date code, Louis Vuitton stamp, interior, exterior, and overall condition.
