VTG Scrap Flower Dresden Plate Quilt Farmhouse Pastels 56x85 Flaws Cutter Crafts

Vintage Scrappy Flower Quilt. A variation of a Dresden Plate pattern, this quilt features 54 charming flowers made with pastel scrappy fabrics including florals, ginghams, polka-dots and more. The backside is a light Pink. Black embroidered stitching detail at the center of the flowers. So pretty!! Age unknown, but the fabric is soft, gauzy and worn. This quilt appears to be hand pieced, at least some of it, but is machine quilted. Please zoom in on pics to see some of the up-close details. Cutter condition. Several of the flowers show imperfections consistent with age and use, including tattering, small holes, exposed batting, wear on the blocks and appliqués, discoloration and small stains. Most of the flowers have some variation of wear, some worse than others. PLEASE ZOOM IN TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THE FLOWERS. The quilt has a vintage storage smell as it’s been stored for years and years. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to different laundering and detergent preferences, I have not washed this quilt and will leave the cleaning up to the new owner.** I do believe a lot of the minor stains and discoloration would come out with a gentle bath.
