The fabric is Tango chirimen, of the highest quality.
It is a fabric presented to the Empress Dowager, with matching lining fabric.
The Japanese name is close to henryokushoku (emerald green), a very deep green color.

◆ Condition ◆
There are yellowish stains in the center of the lining, on the sides, and near the collar. Please check the last image.
Other than that, there are no noticeable damages, and the condition is good.
