Only the red Hinomaru (Rising Sun) portion is made of felt-like fabric.
This item was displayed in a home.
It has been home-cleaned, but stains and yellowing due to age on the glass surface and the Kimigayo mount could not be removed.
⭐︎The glass surface may become a little cleaner with care, such as using a melamine sponge.
There is a scuff mark on the upper right of the frame.
