Description
Vintage 50s Terrace Ceramics Pottery Earthenware vase from their Patrician Line. Soft mint color fluted with a graceful curve and irregular shaped petal rim. Reminds me of a pod or flower center getting ready to bloom. 1950s vase with 1940s aesthetic. Bottom is marked Terrace Ceramics that operated out of Zanesville, Ohio, and I made it out by holding my mouth just right and tilting it at just the right angle..... but it is hard to read as the glaze occludes most of it and I couldn't make out the mold number. It is characteristic of their Patrician Line. No cracks, chips hairlines or repairs. It's truly vintage - expect manufacturing irregularities as in all earthenware pieces, maybe a bit of cleaning, but nothing worthy to point out. See all the photos - I turned it and took one of each side.
