July 1939: Newly built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Kobe Shipyard, assigned to Hiroshima Bureau, stationed at Hiroshima Depot.
October 1943: Hiroshima Depot → Okayama Depot → Moji Depot → Mojiko Depot.
June 1956: Kokura Factory - Installed Moji (Kokura Factory style) deflector.
March 1958: Mojiko Depot → Daibu Depot → Oita Driving Center.
October 1968: Oita Driving Center → Miyazaki Depot.
April 1971: Kagoshima Factory - General inspection.
December 1973: Designated as Type 1 Reserve Vehicle, Miyazaki Depot.
February 1974: Scrapped (Miyazaki Depot).
